This privacy and cookie policy is for Nola Design and has to do with how we use any personal information we collect from you on our website. Any personal information we collect will be stored safely and securely. We never share any of your personal details outside our organisation.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you make an enquiry. This generally includes name, telephone number and email address.

How long is the information kept?

We retain enquiries on our database for a period of 2 years, once that period is passed the record is deleted from our database. Client data related to project work is kept for a period of 5 years.

How will we use the information about you?

If you send Nola Design an enquiry about a project or our services, we collect information about you to process your enquiry. Using that information, we will either email or phone you.

If you decide to start a project with Nola Design, additional personal information will be collected to facilitate the completion of the project. We only collect information necessary to carry out the work and ensure we understand your needs.

Nola Designs will not share your information with anyone else.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of your personal information, please email rob@noladesign.co.uk.
